I have a very curious nature, and this shows in my personality as a therapist. I believe that I am patient and compassionate in my job. I try to be myself in sessions in the hope that this puts you at ease and allows you to do the same. Sometimes tackling issues that cause problems in day-to-day life can feel uncomfortable or painful when they are brought to light. Working with a professional can help create that safe space to explore things. My intention is to always handle your issues with care and to be supportive. From there, we can then work on looking at parts of yourself you may have struggled to accept or to explore events that may have been traumatic in your life.
